I would recommend this car lot to anyone. They have a lot of very nice high-end cars and John. The salesman was absolutely the best salesman we have ever worked with. He did everything in his power to get us in the car. We wanted and David de sales manager was absolutely the best too.  This place is awesome. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

John (sales) showed complete lack of courtesy and David (GM) demonstrated the emotional maturity of a 12 year old.
I would give 0 stars if I could.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business here.  My husband drove 3 hours to purchase a car - gave the salesman John his ETA - and when he arrived he was told someone had just taken the car out on a test drive 5 mins before my husband arrived.  John said the lady test driving intended to finance, and that Greg (husband) would have an opportunity to test drive it when it got back.  He said since we intended to pay cash it would be prioritized over the buyer wanting to finance.
My husband proceeded to wait in the parking lot for a full hour - never once getting any updates - until I called the dealership to inquire about status.
John (sales) told me the situation: the lady test driving was at her bank getting a cashiers check and intended to purchase.  He apologized, saying there was nothing he could do about it.  He said he looked outside for Greg to give him the update but he didn't see Greg (if you visit you'll see it's not a big lot, no place to hide, and my husband said he never once saw John come outside).
I asked to speak to David the GM.
I was transferred to David and then immediately was hung up on.
I called back and David answered, saying he was sorry we got disconnected and he meant to call me back.
I asked if he was familiar with the situation and he said yes - went on to say this is just how things work in the used car sales world and there was nothing that could have been done.  Said Greg should've put a deposit down if he wanted to protect his right of first refusal essentially.
I said, ok, but that doesn't account for the lack of courtesy in leaving him standing outside for an hour.  I then asked how David thought my Google Review should read and he turned hostile - telling me not to "threaten him", then telling me to "grow up".  I said "grow up, ok if I quote you on that?" and he then ended the call by saying "alright Karen" and hanging up on me.

Mario was the best, non-pushy sales person anyone could wish for! He was patient with all of my million questions and answered them all with in-depth responses. He worked the best deal for me also. He really came through! His attitude is very upbeat and his vibe is everything! He processed my deal swiftly and got me out the door in like 30 minutes!
And dont get me started on David, their amazing finance wizard!
Autos of Fort Worth is definitely top tier! Their inventory of vehicles sell themselves; the amazing staff is an added bonus!
