I bought my vehicle on September 8th, paid for it, and brought it home on September 9th. The sales process itself went smoothly, but I should have listened to myself when I noticed some sensor lights were on. I specifically told the salesman (who is also mentioned in other reviews for not following through) that I didn’t want to sign anything unless it was noted. He assured me that everything would be taken care of before the car left the lot.

I paid cash for this vehicle, and the very next day I had to return because the sensors were still on. The dealership told me they just needed to be reset and nothing else was wrong. A few days later—by the following Monday—I had a new warning telling me I needed to service front brake pads. I had owned this vehicle for less than a week, yet it was already showing maintenance issues.

The dealership asked me to bring it in, which I appreciated, but they downplayed it again, saying it was probably just a sensor issue. They promised to call me back to schedule the repair since the service manager was out, but three days passed with no response. When I called back frustrated, they told me to bring it in again.

When I did, my dash said service front brake pads. They even had their service guys look at the vehicle, and I was still told it was just a $20 sensor replacement and that everything would be fine. They wouldn’t sell me a car with a bad break system. Considering I had just paid over $10,500 for this vehicle, I did not feel like this was something I should be responsible for so soon. At first they said they would help, but then they placed it on me.

When I went back to my car, not only was the original light still on, but now my dash was showing that the entire brake system needed service. It literally has a worse warning after they looked at it. At that point, I took the car to Firestone, where I was told the vehicle needs over $3,000 in repairs.

I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of. The only positive part of this entire experience is that John genuinely tried to help, but it seemed like his hands were tied.

I’m not saying every car here is bad, but buyers need to be extremely cautious. Get everything in writing, double-check the promises made, and have your vehicle fully inspected by a trusted mechanic before you purchase.

Attachments included. Took it to two different shops for estimate. This is wrong.

I would recommend this car lot to anyone. They have a lot of very nice high-end cars and John. The salesman was absolutely the best salesman we have ever worked with. He did everything in his power to get us in the car. We wanted and David de sales manager was absolutely the best too.  This place is awesome. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Mario was the best, non-pushy sales person anyone could wish for! He was patient with all of my million questions and answered them all with in-depth responses. He worked the best deal for me also. He really came through! His attitude is very upbeat and his vibe is everything! He processed my deal swiftly and got me out the door in like 30 minutes!
And dont get me started on David, their amazing finance wizard!

If you come across any negative reviews regarding this establishment, take them seriously. I visited to inspect a vehicle (Q70 2017 Infiniti), which is a stunning car for which I placed a $500 hold. The vehicle had several minor issues, such as the air conditioning on the driver's side not functioning, the rotors requiring replacement or at least resurfacing, and the need for an oil change along with a transmission fluid change. Upon my return on Friday, August 1, 2025, the only repair completed was the air conditioning; however, it produced tapping noises that ceased only when the AC was turned off. I am uncertain if there is a lack of communication among the staff at that location. My boyfriend, who is a mechanic and is familiar with Infiniti vehicles, brought a code reader, which revealed numerous issues with the car that were never mentioned. Fortunately, he had the code reader, as driving 35-45 minutes back home could have resulted in a serious incident on the freeway.

Please note that they offer NO WARRANTY on their vehicles, only a 5-year maintenance plan.

I anticipated having the remaining cash available on (08/01/2025) as we had arranged on Saturday (07/27/2025) for the down payment of $2,200, with a monthly payment of $307. I had no concerns regarding that agreement. We had settled on having my boyfriend as my co-signer in case I could not find anyone else to assist me. However, upon our arrival on August 1, 2025, they informed me that the down payment would be higher than what we had discussed on Saturday (07/27/2025). David was exceedingly unprofessional, speaking over me while I was trying to express my concerns and even labeled me as 'argumentative.' This was simply because I was questioning why the down payment suddenly increased from $2,200 to $3,000, despite his prior agreement on Saturday (07/27/2025) that it would be $2,200. To his credit, he did reduce it to $2,500, but the issue lies in the fact that he had already committed to $2,200 on Saturday. I strongly advise against visiting this place. He is unscrupulous and solely interested in making a sale, showing no regard for his customers. Frankly, I am baffled as to how he retains his position; he should be the one dismissed.

Mario was super amazing! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable and personable! He made my car buying experience enjoyable and painless. Mario and Dave provided exceptional customer service! I definitely recommend Autos of Fort Worth as the place that you buy your next car! Thank you Mario and Dave!
