16” X 24” Papyrus This beautiful work of art comes from local Egyptian artist Adel Ghabour who creates incredibly intricate handmade paintings on real papyrus paper. Adel sells his art in a quaint marketplace in the heart of Cairo, and I work with his partner to bring some of his signed, original works here to America where they make great additions to rooms in small businesses and for private home decor to add that touch of Egyptian culture to their space. You can feel and even smell the papyrus still perfectly in tact. The vibrant colors just pop off the page and make you feel like you are standing on the banks of the Nile River seeing these scenes in real life in ancient Egypt. The details are so intricate. You can see the careful precision Adel makes in each image. He truly takes his time to make sure he creates works that are absolutely stunning. Just wait until you see the colors shining in the sunlight! Each one really is a wonder to behold.
