Description

This is an original set of black & white Mid-Century “Director’s Chairs” designed by Robert Kjer Jakobsen in 1968 & produced by Virtue Bros. of CA. They consisted of chrome bases with vinyl upholstery. These chairs are highly collected vintage Scandinavian-designed pieces. The chair with white vinyl is in very good condition, but the black vinyl one has a tear that has been crudely taped sol(so the seat needs to be replaced). Dimensions: 20ʺW × 16.25ʺD × 31.75ʺH & 17.5” seat height. The chrome has some minor spotting that can be buffed out, and the chairs don’t have any significant dings etc. There are 2 extra vinyl headrest pieces (shown in photos) in case a new owner wants to switch the upholstery out.
