You are looking at one amazing kit. Let me start here: Pdp By DW CX Maple made in Mexico at the same factory that DW makes their amazing kits. The amazing thing about the CX maple is that they're actually DW shells from DW's high-end maple kits. You can do the research yourself and find this out. These kits have been compared side by side with DW Performance and Collectors kits, and with your eyes closed, you can't tell the difference. This is a blacked out version in an absolutely beautiful charcoal wrap in mint condition ino wrinkles) with black powder coated ir wrinkle finish hardware. I installed brand new Remo red color tone neads (sounds amazing) on the batter side, and there's black out heads on the resonant side. The Remo color tone heads cut through live and sound great in a studio. The bass drum has an Aquariun Impact II batter head with a foam ring that thumps like a beast. This kit is a money saver. Why pay thousands of dollars for a DW kit when you can get a Pdp CX Maple for a fraction of the cost. It includes 3 tom clamps if you wand to hang your toms off your rack or stand.
