William & Mary Style Antique Dining Table - 6 Chairs - Homemade Leaf

Antique dining table and chairs in the William & Mary style. Likely dates back to the late 1800's and was made during that period as a copy of the earlier William & Mary style of furniture. Size would make a great kitchen or breakfast nook table, too. The finish on the pedestals, legs and chairs is a dark mahogany color - the table surface is slightly redder and has a beautiful grain. The legs have their early, original wheels.  The table is 60" long (5 feet) and 48" wide (4 feet). It is 31" tall. The table is missing its original leaf, but a simple homemade leaf in a more brown color is included that will extend the table out to 78" (6.5 feet) total.  The table comes with 6 original matching chairs. One head-of-the-table chair has arms - the other five chairs have no arms. The chairs have their original leather padding and covers, but many show a lot of wear. They function fine, but would look much better if recovered. The base support arm on one of the chairs has a very old break. We never bothered to repair it since it still functions fine and is likely better in its original condition. See photos and don't hesitate to ask if you have questions.
