Let’s dig in:: So I started off working with Gustavo!! Wonderful salesman that was very responsive even on his off day!! I found my dream car on Facebook, and his response was quick!! Very please with his delighted customer service! He passed me along to Edwin, who finished the sale out! Edwin took me on a nice test drive, and my car ran really smooth! ( Finance prices were a little absurd. But unfortunately my credit is not so great. I am grateful they found someone who would work with me. So when they say they work with all types of credit, they do!)

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had from a dealer. I bought the truck and everything's seemed good. The AC didn’t seem to blow cold but the salesman Carlos assured me it worked and just needed time to get cold.

It never got cold so a few days later I found myself driving back out there and they recharged it for me. A week after that the truck started jerking and shifting hard. I called them and let them know, they said to bring it in and they will take care of it.

I dropped it off, picked it up a few days later and the problem was worse. So I again had to bring the truck back and they replaced the transmission.

I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 for always responding and willingness to make things right. However I live an hour away so all this nonsense that could have been avoided if they properly inspected and tested their vehicles was very frustrating and not to mention their mechanics left a crack in my front bumper and grease all over my truck.

I’m glad the truck is running as it should now but I would recommend you just look else where for a used vehicle
