PARTS? 03 Suzuki GSXR-750, EFI. Losing $$$

EFI Fuel injection! NOT Carbureted 03 & 2004 GSXR750 same sportbike. Parts for more & GSXR600 also - Paid $640 earlier, plus bought parts. And went to almost Salem for it. Bought some electrical items & changed out fuel. BUT,,, Could not figure out no battery voltage thru wiring. Gave up & now need out of yard. Gotta lose some $$ to go NOW. Engine good compression! Motor sounds good & normal cranking over! Had another runner bike at the time to compare. *Checked with DMV & State Police. CLEAR to obtain ownership! - Bill of Sale, not only from me, but from reputable person that sells Lots motorcycles with his bill of sale! Knows Waldport police whom said tow guy can tow get out of hotel was abandoned for 2 months. NO 12V Power gets to any wiring. - Bought new starter solenoid w/main fuse. Since that's what feeds wire after battery cable cable. Pretty much deduced after eating up many hours checking and testing, that either has bad Grounds. Fuse box is toast... Corroded from used in & being abandoned in Coastal town!! - Mostly complete (seat a homemade pad & frame though, LoL). -Inner panels around dash, gauge cluster are pieces of diamond plate aluminum cut & screwed to cover open space.
