2017 Flex One Boom 150cc Scooter w/less than 100 miles...won't start. Selling as is.

Selling as is....I bought this scooter brand new 2 months ago for $1800. Its only been ridden a few times bc I never have time for it. Never been dropped, no scratches or dents. It has 108 miles on it. Gets 70mpg and has a 2.4 gallon gas tank. $6-$7 fills it up. This is a great scooter with all the bells and whistles. Alarm, built in speakers, Bluetooth stereo system with 2 USB ports, an SD card reader, mp3 player, and a radio. It has LED lights and a tinted windshield. Theres also a small subwoofer under the seat. The gauges are all digital display, lots of storage under the seat and in the 2 small locked glove compartments. Front and back disc brakes. Big comfy seat with plenty of room for 2. Clean title. Just had the oil changed and replaced the stock spark plug, CDI box, stator, choke solenoid, and ignition coil trying to determine the cause of the problem. The stock battery was also replaced with a gel battery. Just came out one morning and it suddenly wouldn't start. It has no spark and the kick start doesn't work either. I'm not mechanically inclined and I don't want to put anymore money into trying to fix it. I did have a mechanic check it out and hes pretty sure there's a short in the wiring somewhere.
