Made by the Contrabass Shoppe in the UK, this is a very rare PURE Carbon Fiber upright bass flight case. As most cases are made of fiberglass or a composite of fiberglass, carbon fiber, or kevlar, this case is the real deal carbon fiber. Which makes it incredibly light and the most durable of any case on the market. You can't buy these anymore as making pure carbon fiber flight cases are incredibly expensive and time consuming. Contrabass Shoppe discontinued manufacturing these because the profit margin was too small for the amount of material and time it took to build. Retail was 6k, grab this before it goes, local pickup only.
