I bought a car from here August 18th, the car randomly stopped at a green light on September 7th. I reached out to the dealership multiple times in hopes of speaking with the owner Mike, I never heard from him only the receptionist Jasmine or Shamika. I was told I could get the car towed to a mechanic of my choice and they would pay 50% of the repair costs and that never happened. The car broke down again on September 18th and it took a week to hear back from Mike about getting the car into their shop to be repaired. Mike was very rude and aggressive when I went to pick the car up on October 2nd. The car broke down again on October 6th and if it weren’t for my research I wouldn’t have known someone returned the exact same car I was sold for the exact same issue. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone

My husband and I very happy that we come to Turbo Auto Sale here. This is the perfect car that we are looking for. Russ is very helpful from looking for car insurance and finance. We happy that we selected to come here. We went to another place and not get any help at all. So we come back to Turbo Auto Sale again. And we are glad that we did.

Filed with attorney general and the owner called screaming at me. Please do not shop at a place who cares more about their reputation vs the customer’s needs. Regardless of car age,I was sold a crap car.the owner refuses to work with me unless I cancel the claim.

BE CAREFUL !! Have an INSPECTOR ON CALL OR ON SITE !!

Story time :
Well , traded in my car  that I still owed on just for bigger problems it seems.  To start.  There was a rush to get me in a car versus actually helping me see what’s best for me. I went ahead and got the Mercedes Benz Gla 250 2019 in June 2025  and had about 103k miles BUT was promised it is in its best shape , then literally after finalizing my car loan , i turn the car on to pull off and the auxiliary battery was faulty but they blamed it on not being in use for so long .. come to find out it was actually broke and needed replaced . So I had to wait for that and thankfully they did pay for the battery but of course I had to keep calling to get a tracking number to know when it has arrived so they can replace it and they did after about a week of me having the car . .. the car was also shaking while on the highway and instantly had to get new tires.. for the front and that seemed to fix the issue so far ..

Next , I was also told my car loan for my traded in car would be taken care of before the due date. That was a lie. I had to keep calling the bank and the dealership to see where the  Payment is because I cannot afford 2 cars. I had to even request the old car loan bank to extend it due to waiting for the check to get to them so I don’t have to pay them or mess up my credit. I had to also make my first payment on the car I just got from them .. Of course Turbo auto sales gave no direct answers and would not even give me a tracking number or a date of when it was mailed out and blamed the bank for not getting it. Well after almost 3 months .. it was finally paid off.. ok great that’s out the way.

About a few more months go by and now I get a service for the car since it’s due.. told I need engine mounts .. ENGINE MOUNTS ?!!  That’s over 1600 dollars ..are you serious ??  Thenn October 2025 comes around and now my water pump is failed .. I had a puddle of coolant under my car.. a shop replaced that for 1300K because clearly that’s important to fix!! Thennnn my strut mounts needed replaced because it was broke .. 1950$$ just for that… ANDDD THENNN I’m told after the replacement and inspection I have a LEAK from the turbo but not sure if it’s major or Not and to keep an eye on it ..THENNN January comes 2026 and I’m driving on the highway and my battery light comes on… come to find out I need a battery AND an alternator .. another 1800$ coming out  my pocket .. so if we add this up we are looking at over 4K in repairs in a span of barely 6 months .. and I still have 2 repairs : the turbo repair and engine mount who knows what the price is for both combined . And I was PROMISED a great car “take care of it it will take care of you” “this car is the best car we have why do you think it’s inside the store” yea right a bunch of salesman crap talk to get you to buy the car.. and then I try to call to speak to the owner and he’s “always busy” but yet told me to call I’m “family”.. but he has not returned my phone call because something is not right I’m forking out all this money when it ain’t right ..and yes they at first
Convinced  me to buy the extended warranty without explaining the fine print that it don’t even cover the things you need it to cover . All the repairs I got and none of it is in the extended warranty.. please beware from buying at this place. Or you better get the car inspected
On site by a trusted person because you see what I’m going though. Don’t even want the car but stuck right now because I can’t afford to be upside down even more . But yet I just came off all this money already just so I can get to and from work .. I’m a single mom I literally have been stressed figuring things out . I feel taken advantage of.. just be careful
