NexCar is small dealership with a large variety of vehicles. We bought a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban RST from them today at an amazing price.  Mayra and Michelle helped us and I can't believe how quick and seamless they made the entire process. They were so incredibly sweet and their customer service was top notch. All of their staff are so nice and friendly. 10/10 recommend this office. The environment and process was super chillaxed. They have a big bell that you ring while the office cheers and they bring out a big red bow to take your picture with your new car. Thank you NexCar.  You gained a forever customer. 😍

We got our second vehicle from Mayra today and the experience could not have been easier both times! She has always been absolutely amazing! Great communication, very professional all while making you feel like family! We love Nexcar and will be back when it is time for our next vehicle!

Let me start off by saying so purchased my car about a month ago when I purchased my car the vent was missing on my passenger side. I still purchased my car because I loved it, bishop, Chris, and the nice young lady were amazing I have nothing bad to say about them they were amazing! Now the service department if I could give a zero I would! I have to call and check on the parts not only for the vent but my backup camera! The guy who answered couldn’t tell me anything about the part all he had to say was I don’t know I don’t know. For one wrong answer second the customer should not be having to call and check on the parts! If the part wasn’t not ordered say that I would have understood! Then you’re cutting me off while I’m speaking being rude. Mistakes happen I understand I work in customer service myself I get it! But to have a response of I don’t know it doesn’t show nothing here instead of getting the customer answers is what upsets me! Again if you purchase from here Bishop, Chris, and the young lady who helped me I can’t remember her name I’m sorry were absolutely amazing and will give them a 5 star rating!
