No pets and no smoking ever…This mattress is plush. It was discontinued by Tempur-pedic and replaced by the Cloud. It has two controllers that control the head, shoulders and lower lumbar areas of either side individually. The pump and hoses and controllers still work like new. This is mainly because once you set the settings you no longer need to mess with the pump settings and remote control, etc… we bought this new in 2014 for $3000. … we just finally purchased a new Tempur-pedic Cloud, California king for close to $6,000…..
