After visiting dealerships all over the great state of Washington and hitting roadblock after roadblock, we happened upon 405 Motors and thought we'd give them a chance. This was my son's first time buying a car, and at every other place we went, he was told that a 19.99% interest rate was the best he was going to get without a co-signer. To say the least, it made car searching for my son very discouraging and frustrating. But 405 Motors was a complete game-changer. Not only did they help him find a car he absolutely loves, but they also got him approved at an 8% interest rate, which every other dealership said was impossible given his lack of credit history. The team was respectful, honest, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They treated us like people, not just a sale. I can’t thank them enough for making my son's first car-buying experience a positive one. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with 405 motors! No hard sells, no hidden fees, no high pressure tactics. I came to test out a few cars I saw in their online inventory. I was specifically looking for EV and they helped explain the IRS rebate. I worked with Steffanie and Jeffrey to look at cars and Bari was able to find me a better rate than I had been quoted from my bank. I bought a great Polestar 2 from them. I even took it in to Polestar Service Center because a coolant light had come on and they said the car looked great just needed to have coolant topped off which is supposed to be done by a Polestar technician, specifically, for warranty purposes. At Polestar, they have praise to 405 Motors saying they were great to work with and get quite a few Polestars. 100% recommended from someone who finds buying cars painful. 405 motors made my first car financing experience so easy! I went in after my mechanic told me to trade in my current car. While 405 didn’t accept my old car in its current condition (completely understandable), they worked with me all day to find a car in my budget and preferred style. I test drove three cars with Jeffrey, who was very knowledgeable and personable when giving me options. Massey, the manager, pointed out a Hyundai that had just been brought in—not yet listed or detailed. I drove it and fell in love, and was certainly happy to have first dibs on it. The financial team of Massey, Tessa, and Bavi walked me through the financing steps and kept in contact with me over the weekend. I needed the car desperately (as mine was no longer street worthy) so I passed on detailing in order to pick up the car as soon as possible. Massey was kind enough to offer a different day to come in for courtesy detailing. Overall, I could have had a very difficult time finding and buying a car but 405 Motors saved the day.
