Brand new condition, never used. Bought in December of 2023. Attempted to use it but didn't work. Dogs didn't like it. I have an extra large dog bed in there that's also in brand new condition, used once. There's a tiny chew area that I have in the picture that the dog chewed, very minimal, and no damage to the insulation. Price firm. Sorry, no holds. Please come in a vehicle to haul the house away.
