$100 or best offer! Im willing to reduce the price. This dollhouse is looking for a new home! The house is fairly large, but would be great for a hobbiest or for a kids play house. The model is Dura Craft Southern Mansion. I have worked on refinishing this dollhouse for the past 1.5 years and it’s about half done. I gutted the house, worked on a more solid base, sanded and dry-wall mudded the walls (they are smooth and ready for wall paper or paint), applied wall paper to some rooms, and started wood floors. It would be a great project to pick up. I am only selling this house because I am purchasing a kit to build, and need space for my new kit! 24.5w x 17.75d x 29h
