If this ad is up item is available. Nice smaller footprint playset. The Kids grown, so time for a new home. I also have baby/infant swing bucket. 'Buyer' responsible for disassembly, removal and hauling. Access to swing is reasonable, city lot with slight slope to the road. Rainbow used to sell this service for their playsets, not sure if they still do. This set is about 15yrs old. I am original owner purchaser from Rainbow in Auburn. The slide is cracked at the bottom so I will look into warranty but it can probably be fixed and certainly replaced. Lower Wall climbing boards need replacing. All seings and chains, hardware playware crows next and picnic table wood is still very serviceable. I re-stained it twice.
