Very friendly and customer focused vehicle service. I took my frontier in for its first complementary oil, change, and tire rotation. Giovanni Valerio was my service advisor. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. A1 experience ! I purchased my truck last September 2024 ..Ian was my sales representative! My experience was horrible. I went in to fix a warranty issue and the first red flag was that they had to keep my car and didn’t give me a loaner. I have a 12 passenger van so it’s quite obvious I have a lot of kids who need to be places, still just a Lyft home. Then when I finally got my car, four hours after the quoted time, I find a scratch on it. I’ve talked to Robert and Steve, the manager in the service Department who avoided my calls for 3 days, then when I finally got a hold of him he tried to tell me that the most he can do is a little patch job on the scratch. This place a joke!

As someone who has come for service for over 6 years now, I am incredibly disappointed with the drop in quality for service here. Going in for my vehicles normal routine maintenance today, I was met with nothing but difficulty and dismissals by the service team when trying to discuss the contracted warranty. They advised that no one was available at the time of opening to help, and that I would need to wait two hours to speak with someone. After waiting, I was told by an employee that there was nothing they could do and that I should perhaps try going to the service location in Moreno Valley instead. There is absolutely zero accountability at this location and based on responses to similar issues there are no signs of things improving.

I have always had a great experience bringing my Nissan here since 2015. I like all the tech upgrades they have ✅ done. They are fast and efficient. Plan accordingly they do get busy. Love the upgraded coffee machine in the waiting area. Prices are reasonable and now they offer payments. No shady business here pretty honest and straight forward. Always have great customer service with Robert. Will definitely keep bringing our Nissan here.

The only person that was honest that I spoke with was Roger … the other two guys … the sales manager and the person who signed the loan COMPLETELY LIED TO ME TO GET A SALE. They told me one thing … and when I left I learned different….. this place will definitely lie and take advantage of u if they sense any type of desperation ….. then after days of calling the loan officer finally returned my call and he was very rude. HE DEFINITELY COULD Have KEPT THE CONVERSATION. I’ve BOUGHT SEVERAL CARS FROM DEALERSHIPS AND THIS WAS DEFINITELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE
