Because of MIKE on your service team, what may have been a turbulent experience went as smoothly as possible because HE CARED. My car needed to overnight which was a surprise, but he did a lovely job of communicating  & keeping me abreast of the situation. This was my 4th vehicle purchased at Southern Team but my 1st used. I must begin by saying Linda H. with sales was absolutely amazing. She bounced around from location to location ALL DAY. She went to bat for me on the used vehicle my wife and I wanted. She made the day entertaining and more of a personable experience. She told me a story about Southern Team and the leadership that made me feel even better about purchasing with them. Next is Keith K. He is absolutely an amazing finance guy. He makes the paperwork go so smooth and quick. He WILL find you the best deal! Then the used car location was exceptional also. Dan (sales) and Troy (service manager) did everything possible to satisfy me. They drove the vehicle, went over it with me, and took care of what I needed to finalize the deal.
