Tires and Brakes in good shape and fully functional. Folds and unfolds with very little effort. Glides with a smooth ride and great suspension. Great Double Jogger - Kids just out grew it. Features: double side-by-side independent reclining seats with harness; each seat has side pockets; covered mesh ventilation; large sun and rain shade with magnetic peek-a-boo covered window; Thule handlebar accessories holder/bag; hand brake; parking foot brake; swivel or locking front wheel; air filled tires and comfy suspension; under carriage covered basket; comes with Thule car seat adapter as well as smaller child bar; easy fold and tires come on/off for travel. Notes: Some sun fading and the end of one sun shade is poking through slight tear (photo) but easy to tuck into fabric. Also, there can be a wobble of front wheel when going fast on unlocked swivel mode. Not noticed in locked mode. Pickup Only in Tacoma
