Just bought my second car in a year's time from Auto JC.  Came in for one car, ended up looking at two others.  They were patient and willing to work with us.  Prices online weer 1k less thsn marked at dealership but we paid cash (debit card)  Im pretty sure my next car will be from here too.  This is not a used car salesman type place. My name is Delphine. I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE this month (June 2025). I waited to give my review after the “new car high” If I could give them 3.5 stars I would. Not a bad dealership just felt some things could have been fixed beforehand.

- Customer service is excellent
- Agents communicate throughout the entire process
-Maintained communication after purchase about problems I had with car

Cons
-I have to get a new display
-I had to purchase a new battery because mine had cranking issues

I purchased from Alabama. I think I would have been able to catch the cons had I more time to sit and check the car out. With any dealership, please follow the recommendations of getting a trusted mechanic to look at the car you want to buy.
