Got technically scammed by the 1 week of purchasing a car by them
Also gave me a fake sheet saying the car was all good but turns out the car had major issues they block my number . These people gain ur trust take ur money then leave u with huge problems on ur back . If ur a first time buyer do not make the mistake I did and purchase a car from Rays

I wanted to come here and review my amazing experience with Reyes auto back in April my family came in Car shopping for my mother we got there close to closing time They were very patient with us showed us the cars. We wanted to take a look at answered any questions we had We took a 2020 Hyundai ELANTRA home that day and haven’t had any issues Whatsoever with the car, they took care of the registration and license plate and we’re very responsive to any questions I had since then I will definitely be going back for my next purchase. They have an amazing selection of cars. thank you guys again at Ray auto !!

Dishonest business practices!!!!

My niece purchased a car with this family business and she now has major issues!! (She found out a month after purchasing 4k in repairs needed) They covered it up!!!

At first she thought they were good people so she referred her boyfriend as well, he bought a Mercedes from here. Within 2 weeks he finds out that it also had major issues!! (5k in repairs within 2 weeks of purchasing)

They knew it because he took it back next day due to oil light coming on… they covered it up and said he just needed an oil change…(They just topped off oil)

Within 2 weeks both of the cars…. Done!!!

They will sell you a messed up car and not blink an eye!!! I am only sharing our story  to help prevent some other person from having to deal with this!!! SHAME ON, YOU REY’S AUTO SALES!!! Taking advantage of first time car buyers, families who trust you, innocent people who go to you and expect professionalism!!

Stop taking advantage of people with your shady sales tactics.

Stay far away from this place. Me and my boyfriend purchased a car here and in less than two months it broke down totaling over 12,000 dollars for repairs in both cars. I will be getting in contact with the BBB and making sure these types of shady lots with unprofessional buisness go away !
