Description

This dollhouse was built from a kit and custom decorated. Some furnishings are hand-painted, signed, dated. All furnishings are included, as well as, extras shown in one pic. A plywood stage is also included. All furnishings are movable. The dollhouse is in good condition and was built as a hobby and never used as a toy. The dollhouse needs good cleaning and 3 shingles need repair (example of shingle damage is shown in one pic). The lights, lamps, outlets are operational but not connected. No transformer is included. The house is in 2 sections set sided by side. The left room (dining room with room above) can be detached. Plexiglass dust shields are included. The overall approximate dimensions are 46" long x 17" deep x 31" high. Must pick up. No delivery.
