11’ W x 7’3” D x 5’3” chaise x 3’ d cushion/seating area. Very loved comfy sofa owned by a dog who let us enjoy it from time to time. Comfortable for an all day nap. The chaise has seen some claw action (not white claw, sober/no smoking house) but will be getting a good wash this weekend and still in great shape! Especially for a house with pets and/or kids. Originally like $1400? Had it for a few years but good quality and will last long, sturdy frame intact. Discount if you want to grab it up quick and have it cleaned yourself… I won’t argue with that.
