49er ADA Seats (Section 127 Row 35W Seats 7 & 8)

Hello fellow 49er Faithful: -I have 2 ADA seats in Section 127 Row 35W Seats 7 & 8 that are for sale. You do NOT need to be physically ADA in order to purchase or sig in these seats. -Last row. No obstruction at all. You can stand anytime you want without obstructing anyone. You will be sitting in a padded seats. Extra leg room and spaces for your stuff. -Just less than 10 steps from restroom and concessions. This will save you plenty of time from missing the game. -Closer to the 49er tunnel. You’ll be able to see the 49er players in and out of the tunnel. -Covered from sun and rain. Great awesome view without worrying about the weather. I am local to Bay Area (Hayward & South San Jose) and can meet in person to complete the transaction. I can take cash, zelle or cashiers check. We can do the private sale so you (as a buyer) will save 10% transaction fees from the 49er office. Private sale will be just flat rate of $100 per seats.
