We are only selling because my wife is pregnant and we need to clear out the room to turn it into a nursery. * Pulls out into a larger sleeping area for guests * Modern black metal frame * Super sturdy and clean * Non-smoking home * Very lightly used * Can be disassembled for easy pickup/transport Currently sells for around $250+ new for just the frame at IKEA, and over $400+ with mattresses depending on setup.
