Highly recommend these guys! Recently purchased a 2014 f150 4x4 at this dealership and Tyler went above and beyond to make sure I was more than happy with my purchase.

Update * I called about my plates and was then threatened about not receiving any helpbecuase of this reveiw. I was told I didn't communicate about the things I wanted fixed when I in fact was hounding about it day in and day out about when I would get the 2nd fob or when the door handles would get fixed. What kind of establishment does this to a customer. My reviews are always a reflection of my experience. While the brake repair was nice in the fact I didn't have to pay which I am thankful for and appreciative of, it was disappointing that when I went into the dealership to say that the service brake assist light was on, I was told that it was fine and not to worry about it. The other part was when I kept asking about an update on certain things I was made to feel I was being to pushy or annoying. My advice is go somewhere else.

I had a very disappointing experience with Imports of Tidewater. Their communication skills are absolutely terrible. After the purchase was complete, I’ve yet to hear back about the repainted door handles or the new key fob I was promised. I was also told that other local dealerships don't update their inventory, yet they still have trucks on their website that were sold over a month ago.

It doesn’t end there—this dealership clearly doesn’t do thorough inspections on their vehicles or clean them properly. My truck was filthy inside when I received it, and to make matters worse, there was an open recall on the brakes. For a dealership that’s been around for 20 years, you’d think they would at least perform a basic inspection and check for recalls on their vehicles.

Since purchasing, I’ve already had to replace five parts on the truck, which raises two possibilities: either their inspection process is horrible and they didn’t catch any of the issues, or they knew about them and decided to brush it off. The latter seems more likely because when I questioned them about issues before leaving the lot—like the service brake assist message on the dash and the tire monitor system not reading the front two tires—they dismissed it as normal. They told me it was fine when the brake assist message came on, and that the tire monitor issue was just because I had bigger tires.

It’s clear to me these guys don’t know much about how trucks work at all. While I love my truck, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you have absolutely no other option. It’s frustrating and disappointing to deal with such poor service and lack of transparency.

I cant speak for the rest of the guys there, but beware of the information Jason gives you. Double and triple check everything and maybe check again.  I purchased a set of tires from him and while they were in fact tires and the size he said, i picked them up in a hurry on my way to an appointment. Took them to the tire store right next to them, and they told me they wouldn't run them on 2500 because as soon as I towed anything with any weight any distance they would most likely blow out due to the dry rot in them. One had a nail in it as well. I took them back to him and he said he sold them for someone else and had no money to make it right. Said he would contact me when he got ahold of that person and never once called. The other guys here might be better, but wouldn't trust Jason.

Wonderful buying experience! Took Note of my observations after test drive and had it fixed. Even with financial challenges in the last 8 years, they managed to get me financed in one morning.

Super cool guys to work with. They stayed late waiting for me to get there since I drove 3.5 hours away. The truck was exactly what they described, other than normal wear and tear from a used truck, which I expected (a few chips in the paint).. Also, there was a small issue with the sound system that I brought up to them, I took it to my local audio shop and they covered the bill! Wasn’t much, but it’s the fact that they stuck to their work and handled it. Would recommend to anyone!
