This is a heavy weight camouflage quilted lining jacket with zippered detachable sleeves so it can be used as a vest if desired, all original embroidered logo patches, four front velcro closure pockets with hidden entry pockets (see photos) and upper small utility pocket with the State Property embroidered logo.
