2007 Ford E450 Fun Mover

2006 ford e450 four winds fun mover 31c. Build date 7/20/2007 has 10ft garage with ramp..sleeps 5 people 17k miles , 2nd owner always parked in doors. Purchased it from my aunt 6 years ago they bought it new in 2008. Runs awesome, tires are 1 year old. Has new roof with a 20 year warranty. All maintenance done regularly, generator has 400hrs on it. Geni has new fuel filter and pump. Full solar with 200ahr batteries, added extra 55gal water tank and pump. Inside was fully remodeled 3 months ago with new floors and sofas, lighting and added storage. Everything works perfect never had any issues with this unit at all, we used it for my son to race motocross the past few years. Only reason we are selling it is We Purchased a van and now use that more than the motorhome. I will post pictures of the inside and back later this week. Unit is super clean.
