We bought this sofa brand new about 2.5 years ago. We are a non-smoking home, no cats. We do have dogs but they were not welcomed on this couch. The sofa is modular so you can switch the side that the chaise lounge is on which makes it really easy to move but also to fit into various spaces. Heads up- the couch is fairly low to the ground, which is great if your placing under a window sill for example but can be challenging for some people to get up and out of if you have mobility issues etc. Delivery is available as long as you are somewhat local. Dimensions are included in photos added.
