I had a very bad experience with this store. About two and a half months ago, I ordered three furniture sets, but only two were delivered. One set is still missing.

The main issue is that they do not keep their promises. They repeatedly told us “next week” or “next month,” and even gave a specific date (April 28), but still did not deliver. When I called today, they made more excuses.

The staff behavior is also very disappointing. They don’t solve the problem, don’t treat customers with respect, and don’t pay attention to our concerns. It feels like customer satisfaction is not important to them.

Their policies seem to benefit only themselves, with no support for customers. I still don’t know who to contact to resolve this issue.

Honestly, this experience has caused me a lot of stress and frustration. I only gave one star because it’s required—otherwise, they do not deserve even one star. I do not recommend buying from this store.

Bad customer Service and delivery also. We bought two sofas from them and we paid to set them inside our new apartment and when the guys came I told them to remove their shoes because we just cleaned the carpet the answer was they won’t and they told me to stop being rude I don’t now in those days if we ask to remove the shoes we become rude also after they open the boxes the left them in the middle of the street I called the store no baby speaks English I had to drive to the store to talk with them or with manager I didn’t find any one they called Tacoma store to translate after that the guy told me he will take care of the situation and he told me they will take care of me also. I saw bedroom set and I asked on the price and I told the guy I need it he told me I will give you a call to let me know when it would be shipped after 8 days I didn’t her anything from them I went to the store where I can find the guy who I spoke with him then he gave me dabble the price I got before and he said they may looked to different set by mistake. They have some cheap stuff but they have to be serious and stop playing games.

Bought king-sized bed 3 yrs ago & have had no issues. Today, I went back for bunk bed with mattresses. They delivered as promised. Looks and feels good.

I bought a triple  bunk bed they delivered dirty scratches with missing some parts  Which is not fair at all they didn't have return policy either and I have told the owner he said will bring everything tomorrow the missing Part's nobody came to fix it or clean it either
