Description

Bought it last year went on two trips and decided I’m not using it enough. Would be ideal for someone wanting to live in it. Would also bring in great in income renting it out on outdoorsy and similar rental apps. Its fully remodeled. Faux hardwood flooring, new roof, new generator(100ish hours) new tires, comes with 2 lcd tvs, everything has been re upholstered, fresh paint, backsplash added, comes fully furnished beds, bathroom kitchen outdoor rugs with cast iron for the kitchen, electric griddle and wok. Furnace and air conditioning work great. Full cover for storage (they’re actually pretty expensive) comes with 100ft 220v extension cord with adapter for 110v, 100ft of clean water hose. Rig only has 90507 miles on it and starts first try even after a month of not starting. 2 queen size beds and 2 full size beds. One large pop out. Awning is missing a pin but it’s apparently easy to replace. Other than that I’ve had no problems with it besides its a gas hog. 30ft
