I bought a used 2008 F350 that the dealership had put a lot of money into already. It was evidence and had new injectors new fuel pump new ball joints shocks and the truck was beautiful. We worked out a good price on the way home. The check engine light came on. I called them to let them know. They called me back the very next day because it was already closing time when I called they told me to take it to their mechanic which I did. He said he would fix it  not to worry about it And they did they kept the truck for two days troubleshot found the problem. Call me told me it was ready to pick up. You don’t find any dealers like that stand behind a used product. I will definitely buy from them again.!

Bought a truck here after spending a few weeks searching the country. Great experience - clearly communicated the trucks condition, had no problem letting me drive it and get it inspected, and then negotiated in good faith. Would shop here again! Great family business!

I bought a 2017 Tundra Limited this June, and I'm extremely happy with the whole process.  I was purchasing from another state, so all of our communications were via email.

They negotiated fairly, clearly answered all inquiries about the history or current status of the vehicle, provided photos, and were quick!  We arrived at noon, examined the truck, took it 20 mins away for a local mechanic to inspect the vehicle for ~2 hours.  Made it back by 3 and we were out the door in under an hour.  No fuss.

Just wanted to share my recent buying experience with SR Auto Collection.

Sadly I had my truck stolen and was searching for a newer Colorado and SR had just what I was looking for.

They worked well with my schedule, being able to text back and forth was a HUGE benefit to me and my current schedule. I flew up from Florida and they picked me up at the airport and had all the paperwork ready for me to sign upon arrival. Was in and out in less than an hour and on the road.

If there was a way to give Luis negative stars, I would! The worst customer service I ever received in my life. Once he knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle and I needed it, he stop serving me. I bought this Volkswagen from him and one month later everything on the engine was completely destroyed. The car doesn’t have a horn, poor suspension, port, headlights, bad windshield wipers, I had to order a new battery, new, spark, plugs, new, ignition coals, and buy a serpentine belt. I wish I would’ve knew how to inspect these things before purchasing a car only based off of how it looked. But you taught me a valuable lesson never to judge a book by its cover, and I thought this was a great deal. I bought this Volkswagen for 15 K and it’s not worth $3000. Most of these things that had an issue wrong with it he could’ve fixed it before selling it. And he didn’t even want to negotiate the price either to help out but it’s OK. You just told me a valuable lesson but I would never recommend displays to anyone else , you lost me as a customer and you lost all my friends that were potential customers worst service ever. Hopefully someone reads this before purchasing. Please don’t shop here. They may have some deals, but make sure you get your car inspected by a mechanic instead of just buying it straight up
