Howard Miller Regulator Model # 612-533 Wooden Wall Clock With Key

*  Back slides up to open *  Blue tape is used to keep pendulum from moving and the key in place. *  Blue tape, on top back, was put in place to hold face of clock in position, since the clasp, at the top of the clear face, is broken. *  Small wooden area, under the number 6, is slightly braised and lighter than body of wood and there is an empty hole underneath this number, indicating that possibly a piece of hardware may be missing. *  This clock was given to me, by a man who appeared to be honorable.  I am unfamiliar with how to operate it, since I have never owned one personally.  Due to lack of time, I have not tested the clock, but I was told that it works; however, if it does not, then, with the     low asking price, at minimum, it can be used for parts.
