I wasn't planning to buy a new vehicle, but sometimes our plans don't quite work out the way we expect. I had been curious about an electric vehicle so I wanted to go look for myself and maybe even drive one. What I found was a very warm and friendly staff that happily greeted me and was able to answer all my questions. After a test drive, I was sold. So we made the deal. They didn't have the color I wanted, but they did the very next day. Outstanding service!
Update; 3 weeks of driving the best vehicle I've ever owned, no comparison, there was a fault and the adaptive driving stopped working. I call Ford Technology and they were able to run the VIN and see what the code was. I was able to get the truck into the shop, they gave me a loaner, and my truck was ready to pick up the next day. Sure, it was somewhat of an inconvenience, but the folks here made it extremely pleasant. High praise to Frankie, Christian, and Brian.

Cam, Joe, and Mike were exceptional in getting me into the truck I wanted. They worked with me to were able to give me an excellent deal on the new F150 Lightning. Could not recommend them more for their efforts. Great team overall.

This was as hassle free as it gets. I ordered a ford Maverick, which is an extremely hot commodity. They’re hard to come by and especially at MSRP. Sound Ford had the lowest price in WA by over $2,000 even with Employee Pricing going on. I also traded in my 2024 Crosstrek and they matched the Kelly Blue Book trade in value. Mike, Kwok and Isabel were all very helpful. The finance guy (I think his name was Joe) didn’t try to upsell warranties, or extra add ons. Usually you have to fight for dealers to take them off. Would highly recommend going here for the best priced ford with no haggling.

Went in knowing exactly  what I wanted. Paying cash. Worked with Jared. No pressure. No upselling. No BS. Got my yard F150 with less miles than advertised but for the advertised price. We will be going back in a couple months to have Jared sell us a new Explorer for the wife.

Like others, I was attracted to this dealership based upon the prices advertised on their website and picked up on Carfax.com. When I inquired about a Maverick Larait, a "sales manager" immediately contacted me and confirmed the advertised pricing was correct and not a gimmick and no other fees are added. I told him I was about 30 days out from buying. A few hours later, I was contacted by a young gal saying "Imma give you a great buy on that truck"....Imma? I'm in my 70s, kid talk shows disrespect. I told her to send me a detailed out the door price breakdown. A little bit later, a breakdown arrived via text ....un-signed and at a higher price than advertised. No previous method of buying had been discussed with anyone. When asked what all she had wrapped up in the taxes and fees line, she casually mentioned license, registration....all the usual AND B&O tax. This company fails to provide the advertised price then adds "fees" as additional bucks profit.  I found out later that even this OTD price quote is contingent upon you financing through them .....more $ to them. Cash? You pay a higher price!  If you like being ripped off by kids, this is your place! Sound Ford proudly carries on the practices that gave auto dealers the lowlife reputation they deserve.

11/21/25. After my review, Adam Larson called me. The nearly 1 hour long conversation was amicable. Adam and I discussed trade value of my truck as a local Ford dealership lowballed me. He said to text him my vin and some pictures which I did about an hour later ago. Nothing. This has been weeks ago.  Adam impressed me with his honest desire to change my opinion of Sound Ford but I'm afraid that it appears his talk was all just to placate me after "dealing" with the worst most unprofessional sales manager and people.
