I made these for a cub scout AOL ceremony and made a few extras. I have 7 of these plaques for displaying an AOL arrow. (8 if you are ok with one that has a stained back surface). It’s just the plaque as you see in the first photo, you add your arrow and nameplate. The 2nd pic is an example of how it can look after adding the arrow. The plaques are 28”x7-1/4” I can provide clips that will hold the 7/16” día. Arrow you see in the 2nd picture but they are not the same ones pictured. You will have screw them into the plaque since different arrows will need to be held in different locations on the shaft.
