Had my SUV repaired at their body shop. They did excellent job! Can’t tell it was ever in a wreck. Extremely nice and easy to work with.

Peter and the team at AutoBurn are exceptional.  They are  trustworthy and knowledgeable and their personalized service is always accompanied with a smile.  I strongly recommend this team to anyone in the Charlotte area who needs repairs, service or maintenance, especially for a European automobile.  These guys are great and I thank them.

I had the worst experience at this AutoBurn. First off, the sales staff were incredibly pushy and only seemed interested in making a sale, rather than helping me find the right car. They were very dismissive when I asked questions and constantly tried to upsell me on features I didn’t want or need.
The car I ended up purchasing turned out to have multiple issues right after I drove it off the lot. When I contacted the dealership, they were unresponsive and refused to take responsibility. Their so-called "warranty" turned out to be worthless.
To top it off, their customer service is atrocious. I was put on hold multiple times, transferred around, and no one seemed to care about my concerns. I’ll never do business here again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership at all costs!

We brought our Mercedes sprinter vans to have the AC fix. Very quick turn around and great customer service. Highly recommended and will definitely be my go to shop.

This Autoburn automotive repair shop is one of the top notch places to go  to get your vehicles fixed  no matter what the issue is. Me personally have a BMW and a Mercedes-Benz and I would only let them work on them and he is the best in doing so!! Thanks Autoburn and Peter for all that you guys do for my vehicle needs!! AWESOME PLACE!!!
