I have two of these bags available for sale. It sway about 15 degrees so great for front push kicks or roundhouse kicks, clinch and knee strikes. Great for combination (punch and kick) strikes. More target focused training. Not suitable for full force strike like Muey Thai hanging bags. I used these bags for training beginner female clients so they are still in great shape. Stand about 5’3” tall. This model is discontinued so you cannot buy from Everlast anymore. Selling for one.
