I had a great experience at M&R auto sales! Mike was very helpful, straightforward, and kind. I was nervous to purchase a car as I never had before, and he made the whole process extremely simple and easy. Also, he doesn’t add on any unnecessary fees that you will often find at brokerages and dealerships. Overall, I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car there and would recommend it to others as well.

I initially went because of the great reviews. When I arrived, the owner was incredibly friendly and even more enthusiastic about explaining everything. He reminded me of details I might have missed and thoroughly explained the advantages of each car. All the cars here seemed so well-maintained that it felt like all I had to do was pick a model. At first, I was planning to buy a Subaru, but a Honda Insight had just arrived. Since I’ve always wanted to own a Honda since I was young, I decided on the Insight. The price was also set at a very reasonable rate. It’s been a month since I purchased the car, and it’s running perfectly. When I buy my next car, I definitely want to come back here! Thank you M&R!

Purchased a replacement commuter that appeared incredibly solid. Advertising wasn’t accurate though.

Didn’t find out the drum brakes were bad until I drove 2hrs home and the struts suddenly seemed to not work. Additionally, the moon roof seal started to budge when closing it within 24hrs.  Not to blame the dealership, just wish I didn’t pay as much as I did considering the amount of components I need to mess with. Replacing all defective components over the course of 2 weeks and $1000 later, not to include installing a functional entertainment system and backup camera. Non mechanical items were not considered part of the review equation.

Overall process was definitely hassle-free and simple. Car was absolutely in incredible aesthetic condition.

Let me start off with saying that I was insanely intimidated of just the thought of having to buy a car all by myself. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about women trying to make a purchase on their own and all the ‚sales sharks’ taking advantage of them.
I honestly could not have had a better experience for my first independent car purchase!
I instantly felt so comfortable with their service because I could tell they are very honest and they tried to be as helpful as they could be.
They took their time showing me every every little detail and explaining everything. I really felt like I was in good hands and like they cared.
Not to mention that their prices are definitely under market value and so worth it!
I’m absolutely in love with my purchase and I definitely will recommend anyone I know personally to purchase from them from now on.
