A: Tower Pulley Collar The tower pulley collar can be set at any height (from the base of the platform to the height of the pullup bar), based on the exercise being performed. It has an easily interchangable mount for either a tower pulley swivel, or safety bench support cups. B: Tower Pulley The tower pulleys (2), swivel automatically and align with any exercise pull direction (Up, Down, In, Out). They can be set at any height from the base of platform to the height of the pullup bar. C: Control Station The control station houses the brains and drive system for the entire machine. A coach is able to provide personalized training from behind the control station using a feathered joystick and coach facing touch screen. Alternatively, users can pre-program all workout parameters on a portable touchscreen and perform exercises without the need for a coach/trainer present. D: Platform The platform is equipped with a full 1/2″ athletic rubber surface providing a familiar gym-like feel for athletes. The platform houses the internal ropes and pulleys that connect the central drivetrain to the 5 different pulley locations. E: Middle Pulley The middle pulley is desiged for high-load exercises. Capable of sustainable forces of 3,000+lbs, it can handle even the most elite athletes in the world. F: Outer Pulley The outer pulleys (2) can be used simultaneously with a bar/handles, or can be used independently for single side movements.
