I recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Sonic from Enter Motors Group, and I have to say — the experience exceeded expectations. A day after I drove it home, a check engine light came on. I was worried at first, but the team immediately took responsibility. Even on a Saturday, they called in their mechanic just to inspect the issue for me.

It turned out to be a small part (oil filler tube) that they replaced quickly, and the warning light has stayed off ever since. I drove over 80 miles back home without a problem.

Everyone was respectful, honest, and easy to talk to. They didn’t brush me off like many small used dealerships might. The transparency and willingness to help, even after the sale, really stood out. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a fair deal and real people behind the process.

This is a car shop turned family even after 5yrs of having the same two cars for yrs every little issue I call Beck he always pick up had an accident this yr 2025 13th of May and called Beck he guided me and helped me and was patient with me. Came in Beck and Defrim helped us get a brand new car Audi with the best price. Thanks so much very honest about every detail of a car and helps pick and sells the best car .

What used to be a $1500 vehicle now costs $5k and up. The $10000 truck I bought on 06/02/2025 should have only cost me $5000. I’m not blaming them for the economy. I’m blaming them for telling me the truck had no issues. On the trip home, the service lights lit up and now I’m going to be out another $3500 in repairs. When I asked at the dealer “are there any issues” I was told a lie.  I asked about filling up the gas and they did put half a tank in it. Had I have know that the truck can’t take more than a half tank because of a hole in the tank, I wouldn’t have bought it. My review isn’t a 1 star because I bought the truck. I felt hesitant at the dealer but I still bought the truck. My advice is if you feel hesitant, walk away.

I purchased a 2010 Nissan murano from this dealership on 4/16/2025. I know I'm gullible but like to believe there are still honest people out there. This is not the case! Upon chatting with James and Defrim about the car, I repeatedly told them if there was anything wrong with the car, let me know so I knew what needed to be done. I would be doing A LOT of traveling and just want to be safe. They had said multiple times, far as I know nothing is wrong, but you never know once you get down the road... upon driving home, multiple lights came on... looked up the codes for the lights, after traveling to Oklahoma to get my daughter, upon arriving home, lights started pulsating and smelling smoke like wires burning. Got an inspection done, repairs cost more than I paid for the car! Defrim contacted me when I left a bad review, said take down the review, I will try to fix it. NO....He tried to tell me nothing was wrong with the car when my inspection papers say different!! I told him, inspection says different, either give me a different car or pay for a rental until mine is fixed! HE REFUSED!! I am considering legal action. Now I'm left homeless and have a 7k paperweight...BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I can’t thank Defrim enough for helping my husband and me find the prefect car for our son. Finding a used car can be a challenging, time consuming, stressful process, but our experience at Enter Motors Group was a positive one. Defrim was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind from the moment we stepped on the lot and continued to be professional all the way to the end when I went back to pick up the title.
