Here is a sincere review of Benji Auto Sales. The first thing I can say is that I was looking at a 2020 Tesla Model 3 black with low miles but was offered another Model 3 white with more miles, but I was satisfied with what I would be getting. Greg Polanco is the person I worked with. So, I started the process on October 3, 2024, and paid my downpayment of 4,000. I got my insurance on the car the same day. Now I know that with the storm hitting that same week It would take some time to get my car. I didn't get my car until everything with Capital One was finalized. That took about a month and two weeks. I finally got my car on November 14th without a temp tag, so I had to call about that. I am happy with the overall process Thank You, Benji Auto Sales.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DEALER

I recently purchased a vehicle from Benji Auto Sales, 4 weeks ago and I must say that my experience has been absolutely terrible. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

First and foremost, the lack of communication was frustrating. I often found myself waiting for updates from my salesman (Jaime), and reaching out for assistance felt like a lost cause. When trying to find other ways for help I reached out directly to the dealer and, only reached a voice mail or false information.

To make matters worse, my vehicle arrived with passenger head rest’s missing. This not only caused significant inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about the vehicle's safety. I was told my head rest had been sent to my address and, up to this date have not received any notice just been ignored and, ghosted by my salesman.

When I brought these issues to the attention of the dealership, the solutions offered were insincere and inadequate. I expected a more proactive approach to resolving my concerns, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

I would not recommend Benji Auto Sales based on my experience. Customer satisfaction seems to be a low priority here.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE! I purchased a car from them almost 3 weeks. Received the car only a week a go. The moment I got the car there were issues with the car. The suspension is messed up and the car is a squeaking mobile any way it's driven. Quite embarrassing! I was on the phone with the sales rep when I got the car and started driving it. He said to give it a couple of days to adjust to the different roads from the states. After driving the car for a few days I let him know the issue was still very much a problem and that I would need them to cover the cost of fixing the issues with the car since I was never informed the car had suspension problems. I was only ever told the car was in ABSOLUTELY PERFECT CONDITION. Which was a complete LIE! He informed me to make an appointment with Tesla to have my car checked out and fixed. Once I have the quote from them for the invoice send it over to them so they can reimburse me for that cost. On top of that 5 days into having the car physically the 2 back tires blew out while driving my kids to school. Contacted the sales rep and he said it was due to the weather and roads out here. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I asked for them to cover the cost and he said there's nothing they can do. It's up to us to pay for new tires. I reached out and informed him that was very unprofessional for them to sell me an unsafe car and that would need them to put in writing they would be paying for future suspensions repairs. Since that message was sent out he has not replied. I have called the dealership all week. Spoke to several reps and seems like no one can get a manager on the line to speak to me. And no one has had the decency to return and of my calls to any of the several messages I have left. If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. They are a complete scam, will sale you unsafe cars and ignore your calls and messages when confronted with the problem. I have asked several times to get someone on the line so I can start the return process and even then everyone is ignoring my calls. Seems like they want a lawsuit rather than help resolve the issue.

BE CAREFUL WHEN PUCHASING HERE AT Benji Auto Sales Service

You will see tons of good reviews but don't fall for it. Everyone experience is not the same and there are tons of red flags i should've taken heed to. I recently had a terrible experience at Benji Auto Sales, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others. First and foremost, I purchased a vehicle less than three weeks ago, and I have already encountered several serious issues. Car emitted white smoke from the muffler. Brakes weren't new, when I came back they said it was my wear and tear on the car that messed up the brakes. Not sure how when there is less than 300 miles driven. The tires on the vehicle were in terrible condition, they were bald and they told me the switched out the tires and would be giving me new ones and did not. They literally tire shined the tires and yet the paperwork clearly stated that the vehicle was in good standing. It's frustrating to realize that they misrepresented the state of the car. During the transaction, the sales representative, Jose Torres, assured me that they conducted a thorough inspection of the vehicle. However, it became evident that they were simply relying on the Carfax report and did not actually inspect the car themselves. This is incredibly unprofessional and deceptive. Constantly repeating bring it back we will fix it, and you shouldn't have any issues on the car for a few years to come and at least 100k miles more, yet sending me out with the same issues.

Moreover, during the test drive, I was informed that the vehicle came with a dealer warranty. However, when it came time to sign the paperwork, they switched it to an "as is" sale without any prior notice. Then tell you they give you 3 months or 3000 miles guarantee. When bringing the car back the multiple times they tell you that only goes towards powertrain. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable! To add insult to injury, they are now refusing to return my deposit or take back the vehicle. They refuse to fix the issues and literally just clean off the tires and only top off the vehicles as they are sitting there in the lot, despite knowing the issues I've encountered. No real resolute just fake reassurance. I will be contacting my financing company to address this matter, and I am also speaking with attorney's and requesting more details towards Florida's Lemon Law to see what my options are. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Benji Auto Sales to think twice. The unprofessionalism displayed by Jose Torres and the overall lack of integrity in their sales practices are alarming. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Only positive was Finance Manager Wael actually doing the most to get you what you can because he knows what he's doing.

What an amazing dealership! Super clean, and organized. The staff welcome you like a family. I treated them nice and in return was welcomed like family. Thank you Jose for the Polestar
