I would give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service and no sales reps were familiar with any vehicles on their lot.  We put a hold on this truck. After doing so, supposedly all types of things wrong with it. Yet the rep wasn't able to show us any documents or service reports on the vehicle we wanted. Even tho we had a put 500 to hold it..a week later, nothing was fix but they kept insisting on running the miles up. When asked to test it ourselves,  that sales rep said, WHY...WITH AN ATTITUDE.  They tried to sell us a truck that had a hard time starting and a cracked windshield across the front bottom.  All types of rude service from them.  It's not what the sales representative wants...it what the customer wants. And evrytime we kept asking about the vehicle my husband wanted, they kept getting more rude. When asked to seee service reports he got more rude and said he would get it but might take an hr...wow
Also we asked about a black audi on the lot. Notice damage under the front. That rep said it was in a front end collision where the air bags went off. While we were waiting for paperwork on our truck.  A man and son came in asking the same question about the audi.  Those ppl sales rep came to ask the SAME GUY WE HAD ASKED ABOUT IT....AND OUR REP SAID HE DOESNT KNOW BUT WILL LOOK AT TH CARFAX.  WEIRD, considering we had just asked him about that same exact car about an hr earlier.
Shady business,  horrible service,  no people skills. No knowledge of any vehicles on the lot

Brown Brothers Automotive is a great dealership I was upfront with my situation and needs. I wanted a luxury vehicle and they gave it to me for a great price. Evan was a wonderful salesman he was upfront and honest. He walked me through the process honestly and let me know all the details. It is the perfect buy here pay here experience I was looking for. No judgement just putting me into the vehicle I wanted. Definitely recommend for those rebuilding there credit and looking for nice clean cars.

We were looking for a new to us truck. We found something it needed some work cause the check engine light coming on. We put a deposit down, in  the meantime we found something else.  After telling Hector at Brown Brothers that we went in a different direction, he has our deposit back to us within just a few days.

Hector was incredibly helpful in my search for a car. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Very kind and easy to work with!

I have no clue how this dealer is so highly rated. I was sold a car with a broken strut, transmission that shifts hard, and did not inform or give me the key to unlock the lug nuts for my tires. I had to pay for emissions, and they sent me a check I also had to pay to cash. It took them a month to get my plates since they couldn't themselves in order. Seems like another lot taking advantage of people in delicate circumstances. Will NEVER be buying from here again. I truly do wish I could rate 0 stars and tell my former self to stay far, far away. But that's hindsight for you.
