2002 Dodge Neon Se for 2,500 OBO as is. 146,780 miles on it - New rotors - New Radiator cap and thermostat - Regular scheduled oil changes done - Minor cosmetic issues like chipped paint and very small dents hardly noticeable - Could use a scrub detail cleaning interior - A/C does not work but should be an easy fix Stereo works but passenger speakers are blown Passenger window electrically broken that controls it going up and down.
