Do not buy from them. Within 24hrs of purchasing a car every light came on, I found out they had reset them and my car had an oil, and a transmission leak and an air flow problem. I am a single mom and spent most of my savings on this car. They posted it as excellent w no issues.

I've. been telling everyone about( Gaits) and how awsome he was  and I'm in love with my new car. He was so nice and patience with me and explained everything till I understood it all. I was in there 3 times before I made up my mind to buy my car. Then when I told him I was ready it was just before Thanksgiving and I was on a time frame he got things taking care of quickly so I could get on the road. My first road trip was to Oregon and It was a no worry trip.. If your worried about after buying your vehicle and what kind of service you'll get if something happens? No worries he was great , I was worried because my new plates had come yet and my temporary ones were almost up he made his calls or whatever and called later that day and told me he got them.. That's the type of people you like doing business with.

It made me put one star. No stars is more representing of this company. My daughter purchased a car from this guy and it had a oil leak, coolant leak, broken key fob, broken door latch, the car doesn't lock along with two open recalls. They took full advantage of a young girl that didn't know what issues come with a used car.  She saved her money to buy this car and now she's out a vehicle.
Do not buy from this dealership.

I found this dealership to be awesome. Ghait was very personable and knowledgeable and didn’t try to pull wool over my eyes. I end up with a very nice vehicle and was out of there within an hour. I would recommend doing business with this dealership 100%

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We purchased a Vehicle from here and within hours a ticking sound started happening. We notified them, less than 12 hours after we bought the BMW the check engine light came on. We got the code read and town auto bought the part but expected us to know how to put it in. The car then broke down on the side of the road. We took it to a mechanic and they told us we need a whole engine replacement. Town auto told us to take it to their mechanic but we saw reviews on attorney general website that they have been scamming people by having them take it to their mechanic and then demanding more money. They offered to give us money to take it to another shop and NEVER gave it to us. We have now spent $6,000 to get a $6,000 car fixed. They also ghosted us and kept saying they would call back. Please take your business elsewhere. We wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone.
