No more pain No stiff neck No headaches No soreness No tossing No turning It was given to me but I already have another kind of bed pillow that I love. I have no need for this one. $15 FIRM was not used at all!!! I dont like my neck feels.. I needed a more firm one especially with my scoliosis!! Just tried it for a few hours it's not collecting dust
