Wonderful from the start! We were greeted with maximum friendliness from Jared followed by Keith. The vehicle we purchased was pulled out and ready to look at before we showed up. Overall it was a very comfortable process with experienced  sale associates. Jared even cleaned a spot I noticed inside the vehicles cab.  There was no pressure and they worked with our needs. So, I had very little helpful documentation on my end in terms of buying a car, but Joe and Kurtis knocked it out of the park for me.  They were super professional, super up front, and gave me the real breakdown of everything that I'd need.  They helped me get insurance sorted out.  They even waited for two weeks while I got my local address together.  They're super patient, and super reasonable guys.  I only had a rental, and Joe even gave me a ride back from the rental place so that I wouldn't have to pay for a cab.  Thank you Auto Max, and especially thanks to these two awesome guys for helping me in my first Ford.  I'm really a proud owner, and stoked!  I can now realize my dreams of pulling a horse trailer (safely).  You guys ROCK!

Do you want something that’s going to break in the first 6 months of owning it? Do you want some old bald finance guy that tells your daughter or wife “oh I have your drivers license now I know where to find ya” when she walks in? Do you want a vehicle that “was bought in auction but has had a “full” inspection on” ~ RJ
Do you want to spend 30k on a nice looking truck to only find problems with it less then 24 hours after taking it off the lot and then be told “you bought it, it’s your problem now”? If so, you found the right place! I know they make fake accounts to prevent their google rating from being low but best believe it won’t stop me from telling every person I meet what a horrible place this is. I was disrespected after brining problems that I found with my truck only 24 hours after buying it to their attention!! Talk about customer service… as soon as you sign on that line they couldn’t care less what they just handed off to you. Just do me a favor and go with your wife or kids and have a full inspection done by someone else before you buy from them.

Roger is the man to go to.  If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle go with him. He got me in the driver seat of exactly the vehicles I was looking for at the right interest rate, down payment and final price Ofcourse. So good of deals I had to get 3 in the same month lol. Even got the old lady one 2014 Toyota Venza . Ask for Roger and tell him HandsomeLupe sent you to get that extra discount.

Very good dealer for the sale of trucks. Matthew is the best in this business. They will always answer and help with all questions. It was nice to work with such people.
