First time at an auction. Beware and mindful what you’re buying! The president of the company was nice and all although he focused on the wrong aspect of what the truck was actually doing! Not even within 10 miles of leaving the facility the truck blew a head gasket. Leaving me stranded.
I understand the purchase is “as is” so all I can do is make it know to beware of what you buy. I just recently moved here and this experience has sent me mentally unstable given I am a mom and needed to get from point A to point B and now I’m out of funds and stuck with a truck as a lawn ornament.
Overall, just be mindful of what you are obtaining.

Brought in cash, walked around for 30 minutes in the car lot, and not 1 person helped. I went in the office and the lady called for someone but still nothing. Wasted a hour drive. Dont waste your time here.

At first site this lot looks very lack luster. Few choices. Few employees. Feels more like a small body shop. After meeting Ms Ruby, instant calmness and welcoming feeling. Very personable. Very kind.  Understanding. Helpful. The best thing that can happen while shopping for a car is that they be brutally honest with you and keep it truthful. Ms Ruby always said what she could do for us instead of what she couldn't do. Walking out without making a purchase but still satisfied with being tended to. This is a business that looks lack luster on the outside but has everything it should have on the inside which is, Integrity, Honesty, and Professionalism.
