I LOVE my new car. Worked with Bruce, he was very accommodating, genuine. Answered all my questions. This experience has been quick and easy. Will definitely come back when we need another vehicle.

Its been about a month since we purchased our vehicle. When we arrived no one was available to speak to, but it turns out that was one of the best things we learned about Trucks & Imports (T&I). Turns out this dealership is family owned and operated. In the truest fashion, they do not have salesmen/Saleswomen on staff roaming and hanging out. Its the owners and their (adult) kids that work one on one with you.  So, not being immediately stalked when we pulled up and browsing the lot was a breath of fresh air. Working with Bruce and Victoria, owners, made us feel like we were VIPs. We highly recommend T&I for your next vehicle purchase because we researched multiple markets for SUVs and Trucks, and they truly gave us an overall competitive price.
The basic info: the lot was clean, had a good selection, and had a small table inside to sit (with HUGE tv). Being a small business, they don't have some perks that the big chain dealers have but its straight forward and transparent. To us that is extremely important... we don't care if they have a fancy waiting room or expensive decor. It is helpful to have a list of what your looking for and give them a call beforehand because the lot is small and can physically fit so many vehicles.  Oh, They also have a small garage space and full-time mechanics. The only downside is that the location is in between a sea of other dealerships.
If you want exceptional one-on-one service, this is your spot. Just know this type of service may have a little bit of a wait cause you are working with a small family-team. Honestly, we wouldn't mind a little waiting to work directly with the Owners on a good deal.

Bruce was great, after dealing with multiable big name dealerships, I drove from Peoria to look at a couple trucks. They were very respectful and down to earth, cars and truck were clean and detailed. He also let me know of any issues with vehicles if any. If your having a hard time at big dealership come see them, they will not disappoint.
