Subhan was very service-oriented and the staff were very helpful and thoughtful prior and during my purchase.  I genuinely enjoyed the experience. However, the car I purchased was missing the rear headrests, as I pointed out prior to purchase.  I was assured by Subhan that he would send or set aside for me  a pair of headrests, even if he had "to buy them new from Toyota." After many calls and new reassurances for follow through, we have finally given up trying to get the seller to follow through on their word. If you find a good deal here, I recommend that you get everything you've been promised before paying in full.

My sister in law just purchased a beautiful 2021 BMW X5 from them.  We couldn’t be any happier with her purchase.  The car was very clean and had all the extra my sister in law wanted.  The staff were all polite and helpful!
